The bottleneck for scaling any ad account isn't the media buying—it's the creative. Your mission is to build and manage the ultimate creative testing machine. You will sit at the intersection of data, psychology, and visual production, translating media buying metrics into rapid-fire, high-converting video assets. You don't just make pretty videos; you engineer profitable acquisition assets that break spend ceilings.

What You Will Do (Responsibilities):

  • Conceptualize, script, and direct high-converting, direct-response video ads for Meta and TikTok.

  • Map out comprehensive creative testing frameworks, isolating variables like hooks, body copy, visual angles, and CTAs.

  • Analyze real-time media buying data (CTR, thumb-stop ratio, CPA) to ruthlessly iterate on winning and losing assets.

  • Build and manage a massive roster of external UGC creators, handling the sourcing, vetting, negotiation, and feedback loops.

  • Direct our internal video editing team to ensure rapid turnaround times and native platform styling.

  • Conduct aggressive customer research—diving into Reddit threads, Amazon reviews, and TikTok comments to extract raw, unfiltered consumer pain points.

  • Stay violently up-to-date on TikTok, Reels, and Shorts trends, adapting them for direct-response marketing.

  • Lead weekly creative sprint meetings with the media buying team to align on performance data and dictate the next week's production pipeline.

What You Bring to the Table (Requirements):

  • 4+ years of experience in performance creative, specifically focused on D2C/E-commerce or Info-Product ad production.

  • A hard-hitting portfolio of winning video ads with verifiable ROAS, CPA, and spend metrics.

  • Masterful understanding of direct-response copywriting, consumer psychology, and the anatomy of a perfect video hook.

  • Proven experience hiring, managing, and directing external talent and UGC creators at scale.

  • Deep fluency in the native aesthetics of modern social platforms—you know exactly what looks like a forced ad versus an engaging organic post.

  • A hyper-analytical mindset; you make creative decisions based on spreadsheets and dashboards, not just "vibes."

  • The ability to process brutal feedback from the data and pivot your creative direction without any ego.

  • Elite project management skills, capable of tracking hundreds of creative assets and creator relationships simultaneously without dropping the ball.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary Range / Compensation: $90,000 - $130,000 USD Base + Performance Bonuses tied to Client Scale.
