At Evoke®, we don't do "yes-men" account managers. Your mission is to act as a fractional Chief Growth Officer for a portfolio of 7- and 8-figure brands. You sit at the center of the wheel, translating ruthless media buying data and creative testing outcomes into high-level business strategies. You protect the agency's retention rate not by sending gift baskets, but by ensuring our clients are wildly profitable and fully understand the mechanics of their scale.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary growth consultant and main point of contact for a curated portfolio of high-growth brand partners.

  • Lead weekly strategy calls, translating complex media buying data into clear, actionable business insights for founders and CMOs.

  • Coordinate flawlessly between the internal Media Buying and Creative Production teams to ensure strict alignment on campaign goals and CPA targets.

  • Audit client unit economics, Average Order Value (AOV), and Lifetime Value (LTV) to advise on offer creation, pricing strategies, and backend retention.

  • Proactively identify funnel bottlenecks (e.g., landing page drop-off, creative fatigue, checkout friction) and deploy solutions before the client even notices.

  • Manage client expectations ruthlessly, providing radical transparency during both high-performing scaling phases and algorithm-induced plateaus.

  • Forecast ad spend and inventory requirements in collaboration with the client's supply chain teams for Q4 sprints and major product launches.

  • Identify opportunities to deploy additional Evoke® services (e.g., landing page CRO, new platform launches) when it genuinely serves to increase the client's bottom line.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of client-facing experience in a performance marketing agency, specifically working with D2C/E-commerce or Info-Product brands.

  • Deep fluency in digital marketing unit economics (CAC, LTV, MER, ROAS, Contribution Margin) and how they directly impact a brand's P&L.

  • Exceptional communication skills—the ability to tell a compelling, data-backed story and command a Zoom room full of C-level executives.

  • High emotional intelligence to navigate high-pressure situations and manage founder anxieties during volatile market shifts.

  • A strong operational mindset to ensure no tasks or creative deliverables slip through the cracks across multiple departments and Slack channels.

  • A foundational understanding of Meta/TikTok Ads and Creative Strategy (you don't need to push the buttons, but you must speak the language fluently).

  • Experience utilizing third-party tracking tools (Triple Whale, Northbeam, GA4) to accurately report on omnichannel performance.

  • A spine of steel; you are entirely comfortable pushing back on client requests if they contradict the data or jeopardize the account's success.

Nice-to-Haves

  • Experience with Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) and landing page theory.

  • A background in direct-response copywriting or media buying before moving into client strategy.

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary Range / Compensation: $85,000 - $120,000 USD Base + Retention & Upsell Bonuses.
